We have no right to forget their feat.

Today I visited the place of memory of our soldiers who gave their lives for the Ukrainian people and for an independent Ukraine.

Here, among the names of heroes, you feel especially acutely: Ukrainian freedom was tempered in struggle and paid for by the blood of the best sons and daughters of our land. They stood up for the defense of Ukraine in the most difficult time and fulfilled their military duty to the end — for the sake of the Motherland, for the sake of the people, for the sake of the future.

We have no right to forget their feat. Our duty is to be worthy of their sacrifice, to strengthen the state, support the army and preserve the unity of the nation. As long as we remember our soldiers, Ukraine stands. As long as our memory is alive, the Ukrainian people are invincible.

Eternal memory to the fallen defenders of Ukraine. Honor and glory to our soldiers. Glory to Ukraine.
