Unity for Victory: Kyiv Security Forum Consolidates International Support
Another security forum organized by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation was held in Kyiv. The event, which has become the country’s main discussion platform, brought together leading politicians, diplomats, and experts to discuss Ukraine’s survival and victory strategy in the face of global challenges.
National Security in Focus
Opening the forum, the head of the KBF, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, emphasized that today the key condition for peace is not finding compromises with the aggressor, but strengthening the defense capability and unity of the Western world. “Ukraine must win, and for this we need weapons and financial stability,” the politician noted, pointing to the critical importance of international assistance to close the budget deficit and continue the fight.
Meeting of leaders and veterans
The meeting between Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Serhiy Kunitsyn, a well-known statesman, presidential advisor, and recognized leader of the veteran movement, attracted particular attention on the sidelines of the forum. The dialogue between the two experienced politicians emphasized an important vector of the forum: the integration of combat experience and veteran potential into the overall security architecture of the state.
The discussion raised issues of social protection for Ukraine’s defenders and their role in the country’s post-war reconstruction. The participation of figures of such magnitude as Kunitsyn confirms that the forum remains a place where real meanings are formed and the efforts of different generations of state administrators are combined.
Key messages of the forum
The main discussions revolved around the following topics:
Global coalition: An appeal to the US and Europe to maintain unity, since any cracks in support for Ukraine play into the Kremlin’s hands.
Energy Front: Protecting critical infrastructure from constant attacks is one of the priority tasks that requires the supply of modern air defense systems.
The path to NATO: The forum participants came to a common opinion that only full membership in the Alliance will become a real guarantee of security in the future.
Concluding the event, the organizers noted that the Kyiv Security Forum once again confirmed its status as an intellectual headquarters where decisions are made that can influence the outcome of the confrontation.
